- First point: your products will be shipped in nice premium-looking cardboard sleeves with your Winkybot visible on them.
- For information, we deliver our products within a maximum of 30 working days after placing the order. Our teams make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible.
- Here are the deadlines that we try to keep:
Regarding the processing of orders, we start the production of your products within 2 to 4 days after order.
Then you have to count the shipping time:
- For Metropolitan France, shipping is 5 working days.
- In the European Union the announced delay is 15 working days
- In the rest of the world*, the delay is 20 working days
*In this case, provide for the delivery of DOM-TOM
The delivery is always tracked, we automatically forward the tracking to your shop.
